How do I check availability?
Choose Check availability to open our Revelation Pets booking portal. If you’re new to Willow Tree, enter your email and follow the steps to create a customer account. If you’ve booked with us before, use your existing email to sign in and retrieve your cat’s details.
You can then check dates and arrange your cat’s stay. If you get stuck, call 07791 568606 or email us—we’re happy to help.
Can I visit before booking?
You’re very welcome to come and look around before booking. Please call us to arrange an appointment so we can make time to show you the cattery and answer your questions.
When can I drop off and collect my cat?
Monday–Friday: 9–11am and 4–6pm
Saturday–Sunday: 10–11:30am
We’re closed for arrivals and collections on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day and bank holidays. Please choose a check-in and check-out time within our opening hours. Other times must be agreed with us in advance and may carry an extra charge.
