Toys / Treats
You're welcome to bring your cat’s favorite toys and treats to make their stay more comfortable! Please ensure all items are clearly labeled. While we do our best to keep personal belongings safe, we cannot guarantee their return.
Medication
Medication is Charged at £3 per day on top of the Boarding rate. If your cat requires medication during their stay, please provide clear, written instructions, including the medication name, dosage, administration times, and any special requirements. All medications must be in their original packaging. Our trained staff will ensure your pet receives their treatment as directed.
Cancellations
Cancellations made with 21 days notice will receive a full refund, less a £15 admin charge Cancellations made at any other times, will not be provided with a refund, but may have a credit note put on the account

Please note: We are closed for arrivals and departures on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day, and all Bank Holidays.

When making a booking, please ensure you select the correct check-in and check-out times. Pick-ups or drop-offs outside of these hours may incur an additional charge unless agreed in advance.
What are your rates for boarding?
Our pricing for 2025 is as follows:
- 1 Single Guest: £15 per night
- 2 Guests Sharing: £24 per night
- 3 Guests Sharing: £36 per night
- 4 Guests Sharing: £48 per night
We also offer a pick-up and drop-off service, with prices starting at £22 each way within an 8-mile radius. Outside of this radius, we can accommodate at an additional cost.

What should I bring for my cat's stay?
While we provide all the necessary amenities your cat might need for their stay, you should still look to provide the following:
- Enough food to last your cat’s stay – While we provide wet and dry food, it may not be what your cat is used to, which could cause digestive problems.
- Your cat’s vaccination card, which must be up to date before the stay.
- A secure carrier for transporting your cat.
- Any favorite toys or treats to make their stay more comfortable.
- If your cat requires medication during their stay, please provide clear, written instructions, including the medication name, dosage, administration times, and any special requirements. All medications must be in their original packaging.
What are your opening hours for drop-off and collection?
Our opening hours are as follows:
- Monday to Friday: Morning: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm; Evening: 5:00 pm – 6:30 pm
- Saturday and Sunday: Morning: 10:00 am – 12:30 pm

Are there any additional charges during holidays?
Christmas & New Year Bookings
Double boarding rates apply on the following dates:
- Christmas Day
- Boxing Day
- New Year’s Day
The festive period is one of our busiest times of the year. To secure your booking, full payment is required by 1st December.
Bookings not paid in full by this date may be released to customers on our waiting list.
Do you offer a pick-up and drop-off service?
Yes, we offer a pick-up and drop-off service, with prices starting at £22 each way within an 8-10 mile radius. Outside of this radius, we may be able to accommodate, but this will be agreed ahead of time
