Your cat’s stay
From familiar food to vaccination records, here’s what to bring and what to expect when you arrive. You can also take a look around in our gallery before your visit.
Please label toys and treats clearly. We’ll take care with personal belongings, but their return can’t be guaranteed.
Drop-off and collection
Monday–Friday: 9–11am and 4–6pm
Saturday–Sunday: 10–11:30am
We’re closed for arrivals and collections on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day and bank holidays. Please choose a check-in and check-out time within our opening hours. Other times must be agreed with us in advance and may carry an extra charge.
Please bring your cat in a secure carrier. It keeps them safe during the journey and while we welcome you into the cattery.
Have your vaccination card ready and let us know about any changes to your cat’s needs.
Please bring your cat’s vaccination card and make sure their vaccinations are up to date before their stay begins. If you’re unsure what information we need, contact us before your arrival.
We provide wet and dry food, but recommend bringing enough of your cat’s usual food for their whole stay. You can also pack their favourite toys and treats—please label everything clearly.
Medication costs an additional £3 per day. Please bring it in its original packaging with written instructions covering the name, dose, times and any special requirements. Have a question about your cat’s medication? Get in touch before booking so we can talk it through.
You’re very welcome to come and look around before booking. Please call us to arrange an appointment so we can make time to show you the cattery and answer your questions.
We offer local collection and drop-off from £22 each way. Please contact us with your address so we can confirm whether we cover your journey and agree the price before you book.
